Changed your mind? No problem.
You have 30 days from the receipt of your order in which to claim a refund or exchange, providing the item is undamaged and all tags, labels and packaging remain on the products as when it was received. Simply:
• complete the returns form sent to you with your order, and pop it in the reusable mailing bag (in which you received your order) along with the items(s) to be returned
• affix the self-adhesive returns label provided on to your mailing bag
• take your returns package to a Post Office and pay the required postage
We advise you pay for item tracking when returning a product. All goods being returned remain the customer’s responsibility until we receive them. In the unlikely event that you need to return a product to us because of damage on receipt, we will of course refund the postage costs incurred, along with your product refund.

On receipt of the retuned item(s), and provided no damage has occurred, we will issue a full refund to the account from which the item(s) was paid, within 30 days.
