To coin a cliché, we’re firm believers that home is where the heart is. We’re also firm believers that – contrary to what many lifestyle magazines and blogs might have you think – no amount of beautiful design can make a house a home. People and the memories they create; that’s home.
So why bother trying to make a meaningful business doing what we do? Well, aside from the universal demand for tea towels (!), we love everything about our business and we want to share what we love with our customers; to raise a smile; to bring joy to the everyday.
We think our style speaks for itself. We’re all about happy, bold, contemporary design, often paired with a retro-inspired twist. We’re very proud to be a premium British homewares brand. Everything you see here is designed and made in the UK. All of our products are tested for quality and durability; if they don’t cut it, they don’t make it to our customers. Simple.
We’ll be honest, if it’s cheap you’re after, you’re in the wrong place. We make no apology for believing that what we put into the world should be made to last; we don’t want you returning to us next year to buy another apron, (unless of course, as an impeccably chosen gift.) Our products should be around to bear witness to a myriad of memory-making in your home … to become part of those memories; (how many times did Dad use that tea towel to mop up another espresso-related mishap?!)
In a nutshell, we don’t take ourselves too seriously. But we are potty about quality, about integrity, and about bringing joy to our customers.
